How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 working days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on postal services and customs.
- Ireland: 1–3 working days
- Northern Ireland: 2–4 working days
- UK: 3–7 working days (customs delays possible)
- Europe: 4–10 working days
- Rest of World: 7–21 working days
Do you offer tracked delivery?
Yes. Tracked delivery is available and strongly recommended. Untracked delivery does not include insurance or tracking.
Can I return an item?
Yes, online orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in re-saleable condition.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Are custom or personalised items returnable?
No, items made specifically to order or personalised cannot be returned unless faulty.
What if my item is faulty?
Please contact us with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover return costs.
