Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 2–4 working days of order confirmation.
During busy periods (sales, launches, holidays), dispatch times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you.
Some items are made to order, including certain printed garments. Where this applies, additional processing time will be clearly stated on the product page.
Estimated Delivery Times (After Dispatch)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on postal services and customs.
- Ireland: 1–3 working days
- Northern Ireland: 2–4 working days
- UK: 3–7 working days (customs delays possible)
- Europe: 4–10 working days
- Rest of World: 7–21 working days
Delivery costs and available options are shown at checkout before payment is completed.
Shipping Options
At checkout, you may choose from:
- Standard (Untracked) Delivery
- Tracked Delivery
Tracked delivery includes tracking and is recommended for peace of mind.
Untracked delivery does not include tracking or insurance. Once dispatched, responsibility for delays or loss lies with the postal service. We strongly recommend selecting tracked delivery for higher-value orders.
Customs & Import Charges
Orders shipped outside Ireland may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:
- Please allow additional time for postal delays.
- Contact us at siopa@spailpin.ie quoting your order number.
For tracked orders, we will assist in raising an enquiry with the courier where appropriate.
Returns & Refunds
Online Orders – Right to Cancel
In accordance with Irish and EU consumer law, customers purchasing online have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, notify us by email within 14 days of receipt.
Once cancellation is confirmed:
- Items must be returned within 14 days.
- Goods must be in a resalable condition.
- Condition of Returned Items
Returned garments must:
- Be unworn (other than trying on)
- Be unwashed
- Be free from damage, stains, odours, or pet hair
- Have all original tags attached
Items returned showing use beyond what is necessary to try them on may be refused or subject to a reduction in refund.
Original packaging is not required, but items must be securely packaged for return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds are processed within 14 days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Refunds include:
- The full price of the returned item(s)
- The cost of the cheapest standard delivery option originally offered at checkout
- Upgraded shipping options (tracked or express) are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked return service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost during return transit.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us at siopa@spailpin.ie within a reasonable time, including your order number and photos where possible.
In these cases:
- Return shipping costs will be covered by Spailpín
- You will be offered a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your statutory rights
- Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalised items
- Personalised prints, cups, or clothing
- Bespoke embroidery
- Made-to-order items produced specifically for the customer
- These exclusions apply only where clearly stated on the product page before purchase.
In-Store Purchases
Purchases made in store are not covered by the 14-day online cancellation period.
Refunds or exchanges are offered provided items:
- Have not been worn
- Have original tags attached
- Exchanges or credit notes may be offered at our discretion.
- This does not affect your statutory rights.
