Puisín na mBróg is the third instalment in Futa Fata’s much-loved rhyming picture book collection. Following the success of An Slipéar Gloine and Na Trí Mhuicín, this slightly more expansive tale delivers the same sharp humour and warmth.

The story centres on Cóilín, the youngest son of Maidhc the Miller. When Maidhc retires, he divides his belongings: the mill goes to the eldest, Micil; the horse to the middle son, Páidín; and to Cóilín… a cat.

Hardly the inheritance he hoped for.

But this is no ordinary feline. Puisín can speak, and he has ambitions far beyond chasing mice.
